Cost will vary with different sizes and ages of homes.  Typically a home inspection will range between $300 and $600.

Absolutely.  We highly encourage our customers to attend the inspection.  At inspection we can review items in person and discuss the home in detail.  This will also allow you to ask any questions you may have with the inspector.  

Most inspection reports are delivered digitally within 24 hours of home inspection.  Occasionally a report will take longer to receive if the home is above typical square footage.

The average home inspection takes 2 to 3 hours.  Difficult to reach areas and large homes will naturally add time to inspection.  We take the time to properly inspect the home.  

ProView Inspections will provide a summary report, followed by a comprehensive report.  This will include pictures with captions and color coded items that separate items that are needing immediate attention (red), items that need common maintenance (orange), and cosmetic or preventative maintenance items (blue).

ProView Home Inspections is a member of InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors.)  This is the most prevalent home inspector association. InterNACHI provides us with continued education and informs us of any changes to building and inspection codes. 

We are also a member of ICA (Inspection Certification Associates) and ABC Home Inspector Institute .  ICA and ABC provides us with yearly training and resources in the home inspection profession.
